Amnitec Limited was founded in 2004 following the acquisition of Senior Flexonics Industrial Division by US based AIAC. The group is called United Flexible, in which Amnitec is the headquarters for the business operations. The group has an annual turnover of £35 Million and has 4 operating facilities which employ more than 350 people in 4 countries (United Kingdom, USA, Sweden, and Holland).

These products provide answers to engineering problems all over the world and the applications are as diverse as the companies catered to.
